Picked up three rolls from the bank today: the Ws are actually circulating.
2019-W American Memorial Park, plus a 2013-S White Mountain business strike.
First W mintmark found that didn't come from a solid Treasury roll, along with first one since Oct. '19 for me. Don't lose hope - they're still out there.

Nice finds! Btw, there's no such thing as a Treasury roll.
