Got out for a 4 hr stint with the priz IV today. This was about the fourth time out . I got a zincoln hit right off the bat and well did not see this comming . a 1911 george the V 5 cent piece. Good day ahey! picked up 6 more wheats . 2x45. a 52-s .44, 47, 56. found a dogtag from 1973. Picked up about 8 clad quarters and fifty some odd zincolns.
Now some mder's laugh at the digging of zincolns but had I not dug my first hit there would be canadian silver in the ground, She fits inside a dime . Sorry could not get a good back shot of date .Thanks for looking All

On the prizm IV there is a spot for zinc penny and it was staying there. Most larger silver will do a scale run l;ike flash in dime -quarter- dollar as you pass over it . This was pouunding just like a zinc penny. That is why I tend to dig it all

Not quite sure why but I have seen them on here in the past and our neighbors to the north refer to them as fish scales. My guess is that they are very thin half the thickness of a dime and fits inside a dime .

Yes this was and still is a park I found a 1936 penny (canadian penny) last year. This was at 5.5 " and very solid signal was quite sure it was an old twist off top or a limcoln. That is my first of that coin. I do not even have that book to put it in.
