fisher f75

[Ky Red]

Never used a fisher f75. I would like to have some opinions on this machine from people that has used one. I really like my ATP but I'm interested in getting another detector to go with it. Thanks. GOD BLESS

Until someone pipes in - you might consider browsing Metal Detecting Forum > Brands > Fisher Research Labs. I did a quick search using (with quotes) "fisher f75" and got a ton of hits...

You should look into the T2 as well. Practically the same MD with 2 coils and a lower price tag.

From what I've read they're awesome MDs, but I have not had the pleasure of swinging either of them.

On the Digger Wars Show one of the guys had a Teknetics T2 Proto-Type that was a Multi Freq machine they called it the Chrome and some other silly name the Dirt Digler....might be out soon.

Very much enjoy mine. For coin shooting in trashy sites it is great. If someone swiped it I'd buy another. I have been using the little 6.5" concentric coil. Light and fast.

I like mine its great for locking out trash. I am looking at the garret at pro for my other detector. If any one has any good info on it.

I have the ATP and it is a great md. Dry or wet, it doesn't matter. It gets decent depth and is simply to use. Like any detector, it takes time to know what it's telling you. I'm wanting the f75 as my other detector. Is it very noisy?
