Primary Interest:
Metal Detecting
I was going to take the day off and mail some packages, do a little shopping with my wife and take her to lunch. Around 11:00 o'clock Taylor called, he was in town from Colorado and wanting to do some detecting. I rushed out the door leaving my wife to do the shopping and to mail my packages for me.

I meet up with Taylor and we found a couple of house sites to detect. He ended up with 3 Rosie dimes, a Mercury dime and a bunch of wheat pennies. I only managed to corner a 1939 Washington quarter, a 1944 Mercury dime and 7 wheat pennies. I have to be at 100% to keep up with Taylor.

This was my 36th hunt for the year and my silver coin total for the year now stands at 108. All done without getting skunked on a single hunt.

My F75DST detector settings: 9.0, Sensitivity 85, DE Mode, 3H Tones, Disc Level 0, GB 58.

That's an epic streak! The pressure must be unbearable. Keep it going!

And the streak goes on

We are all rooting for you tabman. Hope you have an understanding wife, she may have not said anything when I boogied out to hunt, but you darn well better believe I am going to get some gruff when I return home. You will also see no cooked dinner, make a cold cut sandwich and just call it a day.

Sweet silver, nice job...:icon_thumright:

Nice silver streak. A while back I concerned myself with a streak. I found it put pressure on finding and took away from enjoying. Now that's just the case with me, so I try to make sure not to put too much value on finding.

I'm glad you're digging the silver and enjoy that F-75.

Steve

Congratz! Keep it up!

Thanks! My wife likes for me to get out of house. LOL

Thanks! I know what you mean about the pressure. I'll be glad when the streak is over with, but I'm not the type person to throw in the towel. I have some older sites that I want to go back over using a smaller search coil to see what I can unearth. That's a challenge and it's fun!

Congratz! Keep it up!
Thanks! I'm taking the day off to get some promix for my tomato plants. It's about time to set them out. I use homegrown tomatoes to bribe people into letting me detect their yards.:laughing7:

Very nice silvers. Congrats

I thought you pulled three silvers yesterday :dontknow:

Anyway, I'm glad I'm not responsible for killing your monster streak! I knew that corner lot had to be holding....something!
