Fisher M-Scope, TW-6... Question

Hello, I work for a city public works and we have a Fisher M-Scope model TW-6 box locator used to locate and trace water utilities. We do not have the handle accessory but could get one. Any ideas on using this in cache hunting? Thanks in advance.

Hellp George: Of course it can be ued, but it isn't too competitive with the more modern units in looking for small treausures, best for qt sized up. But on the larger ones it will way outperform them easily as far as depth is concerned. The basic problem is learning its' respponse over different types of ground since it does not have ground reaction neutralizing. Mnay large treasures have been found with this type of machine. Luck.
