I don't think some know that ...Fisher Reasearch Labs...& J.W. Fisher.. are two diffrent detector Co's.........

Liftloop each is a separate company and they are not spin offs. However Fisher Labs, Teknetics, and Bounty Hunter are owned by First Texas. Garrett, Minelab and White's are all separate companies.
