This seems heavy for a small piece and is not magnetic so I am thinking it is lead or pewter and looks like it was attached to something because of the small protruding circle on the back. Much of it is eaten away, but I can make out what looks like the Fleurs de Lis kind of top on a knight (because of face mask) and holding on to an ax or some weapon. Any ideas on this? I can’t find anything on the internet. It was found in an area of New England that has a structure built in the early 1900s. I found a mix of newer and older items....I also found a few scouting items there. Thanks for looking and thinking! Thanks P.Allen and Lafitte Deux for looking and for your input!

I think the knight piece is perhaps a Knights of Pythias lapel pin. My first thought on the oval piece is a broken cuff link but in relation to the penny it is rather large

Thank you, jewelerguy. It is the first I hear of them.

The oval piece is on the large size. It looks like it was attached to something at one point. I don’t think it is too old.
