Thank you for the suggestion. I have already posted it there. Someone had started a catalog on it, but didn't upload photos. It seems this was done some time back in 2012. I believe for a 10cent (just shows 10) denomination. I uploaded my pics in hopes that it helps someone else. I'm still at a loss as to what it truly is.
