Heading to the Melbourne area for a week. I plan to hunt Sebastian hard and I know that I can't hunt the water there, but our motel is in Melbourne and wanted to know if water hunting is allowed there and if so where is the cut off going toward Sebastian?

There is a list of wreck coordinates protected by salvage rights. I believe the standard is 3000 yards away from marked sites
