Welcome to T-net and all that go's with it.
Click on KELLYCO's icon on home page and look
at what they carry. I have a Mine Lab and a Garrett Sea Hunter mk11
both are great and will handle any job at the beach or down to 200ft.
You can find used one's at a fair price and save $$$$ if you want to go
that route. Give KELLCO a ring and tell them what you want to spend or
look on there web site and look at what they have. Good Luck.

[size=13pt]I have two that I use. Detector Pro Wader and White's Surfmaster PI. The Wader is a VLF unit that I can discriminate out any unwanted junk. It's light weight and the controls and batteries are in the headset.

The White's Surfmaster PI is a pulse unit that picks up all metal, especially nails and bobbie pins. If the area is clean of junk I'll go with the White's. If there is too much small junk then it's the Wader.
