They don't expect they know... the revenue the first year is gonna be ridiculous...other states are gonna jump on board quick.The tax paid on two claims is a drop in the bucket, compared to the thousands still active. I don't agree with the closure yet the economic argument has no legs. What's truly sad is the fact that its right there in black and white....how its a bureaucratic end run.....
