Foreign proof??

I did pretty well today.. Ended up with 2 Rosie's.. 1961D and 1963D..
But I also found this coin that says "Helvetia" on the front, and on the back says "1/2 Fr." And also has a small "B" on the bottom on the back..
But what im trying to find out is if you think it's a proof? It's mirror like, and has kind of a frost-look to it.. It take pics so you can see..

Swiss 1/2 franc. The B is a mint mark for Bern I believe a city in Switzerland. I can't tell if it is a proof, definately not silver, these are .835 silver until 1967
 
It could be a proof. The regular ones I think are made with a somewhat mirror finish (like Canadian coins). However, proofs are also made.
