it had been 8 weeks since my last detection. I'm a master certified auto tech and have a small shop at home that I work from. I am CONSTANTLY busy and had spent the last 8 wks straight working 10-12 hrs a day taking care of head gaskets, timing belts, engines, brakes, electrical, yadda yadda....... Yesterday morning I was in a position that I was waiting for a part to come in the mail @3pm and my other customers told me to take a weekend off for a change. 
The sun came out early and dried up the mass amounts of rain that we have had for the last few months also and it was close to 60 deg by noon!!
One of my favorite spots to hunt is the local grade school, it has 3 baseball fields, 3 soccer fields and a football field built onto the same grounds so it's always one of the busiest places on the island. I loaded Arnette the AT Pro up and headed out for a few blissful hrs of digging in the dirt. The hunt ended with approx. $4 in clad, a junk kids ring and a sweet little sterling religious pendant. Wasn't much but it felt like I won the lottery!
