Fort Howard Maryland old VA hospital

Is it accessible to go in or are there guards who will get you? Has anyone been there? I plan on going if circumstances are ok

Use good judgement I go to many old places if they do get you grab your equipment and run like forest Gump. Screaming guess theres no gas pipes here lol

It's really a no-brainer! Find out who now owns it or just read the No trespassing signs. Get in touch with the owner and plead your case! You'd be surprised how far a little respect can take you!

It’s kind of hard to do that when you’re 5+ hours away hence the reason why I was asking here...

Fort Howard is federal government property. Tried a couple of times to get in and hunt the officers housing. Hate to say, they frown on trespassers. There is a park just before the entrance of Ft Howard, look on the left side for steel gates, that's where the trolley went through for Bay Shore park.
