I found this specimen in my travels to Indonesia does anyone know what they are?

I'd guess a sperm whale tooth.
 
Hard to know, appears to be a tooth of something. You really need to ask people who specialize in the location this was found.
 
unfortunately the natives there are clueless regarding fossils and I've asked around to no avail
 
Looks like the end of a large rib bone.
