found 84 gold kennedy half with a small portrait of his face next to his bigger face

i found a 1984 gold kennedy half in a roll i searched. it has what i believe says 1964 just behind his hair and a small portrait of his face just to the left side of his bigger face. can anyone tell mw what it is and what its worth, it is in reaaly nice condition with no scratches
