Looks like an Art Deco style perfume bottle stopper, which would date it to the 1920s or 30s.

Yes! That was my exact thought when I found it! The bottle “dump” I found it has some very interesting things. I also found a tiny brown glass button with vines stamped on it. And a silver spoon and a mother of pearl spoon handle. I just wish I could figure out where it’s coming from. It’s a weird spot but I always find cool things.
