Awesome find!

not sure in your neck of the woods but looks like an unfluted clovis? Very nice, thanks for sharing!

The flaking makes me think it's a heavily reworked stemmed point (Pedernales, Gower, etc. type)

Agreed, first thing that came to mind was "Pedernales"

Wow, That's real pretty.
It had the general outline of a clovis, and it looks well used so that may help disguise it a bit.Depending on where you found it, how deep, etc. would shed a clue or too.
If not clovis, I'd suspect a contemporary like a Barber with moderate wear, or a Golondrina with mucho wear. If the latter, used as a knife for some of it's life, it may have had the ears worn or clipped back.
Man, I'd love to see something like that in my screen !! That's trans-paleo for sure. Thanks for showing. Lone Star

It was about 2 ft down in the sand. It was within 50 yards of where i did find a clovis a few weeks ago. Its not fluted like the clovis is is the reason I was asking for opinions.

You better stop digging---- until I get there. Very nice artifact finds!!! Thanks for sharing the pics.

Thanks for the comments everyone.
