Found a 'PRICES PATENT CANDLE COMPANY LIMITED' bottle. What is the book value?

This has the original cork lining in the neck and the original glass stopper which is all intact. It is in great shape, no discoloration, cracks, stains. Only a couple very light surface scratches on the back panel that could probably be polished out. Only info I can find is the other one that reads 'PRICES SOAP COMPANY LIMITED'. Thanks.
