Found this at the mansion yesterday and it appears to be a decorative small plate of somekind but there are no text on it. Also I'm thinking cloths sale plate of some type from Victorian period?

Thanks for any help you can provide.

Thanks for looking guys, it is appreciated.

The "Sash" buckle thought might have some promise. I'll do some looking around. BTW, Any ideas on this stove? This is on the property as well but I can't seem to find any information on the type and period of this. The fire box door has "Redwood" written on it. I just ordered an 1895 Wards and 1897 Sears Catalogs that I'm hoping will show something like this and may also help me ID something for someone else on TN.

Again, thanks for your help.
