Found in the same area as two old coppers. Is it some type of jewelry?

Looks like the receiver side of a window sash lock.

Yesah I didn't notice how small it was. Does anyone have a pic of the complete buckle? Both sides. I don't think I have ever seen one.

Those two pieces attach and make a heart. The fold on your buckle is would attach to the loop of the other piece.
