Gold is gold, Nice!!

I found one half of a silver handle to a small knife one time. Finally made it back a couple weeks later and found the other side. That would be cool if you found the rest of it.

The verdigris is a dead giveaway that the item is plated.....Ive found a few items like that over the years and it does get you going.
