found in the Mississippi River

I found this, along with bones, a perfume bottle from Mexico from the 1920's and some kind of bullets in mud from the middle of the Mississippi River when it was dredged to lower the water level after Katrina hit. I have no idea what it is.. can someone please help me identify it? Thanks!
