FOUND KEYS AND RETURNED THEM

so for some reason my post aren't showing up so if this is already on here maybe someone can fix it but heres what happened i founds these keys today detecting I was able to get a name of a company off the keys and looked it up in the phonebook and found that the company still was around i called and left a message and told them i had found some keys with there name on them but that they lokked old 20 minutes later the guy called me back and told me to describe them for him so i did and he told me that back in the late 90's he lost his store keys at this place looked for several hours and could never find them his wife had an extra set so he just made copys he asked if i could bring them to him so i took them there he put it in his door and they still worked he couldnt beleive someone found them after all these years let alone return them he offered me twenty bucks for finding them but i refused the money just a handshake pretty cool day

very nice.. I hunted the church next to me this week and returned a set of keys and 3 boy scout neckerchief slides I found to the scout master there..and hes the same same scout master I had 25 years ago..pretty cool...I apologized for me and my brother being rotten kids

Just out of curiosity, how far did you have to drive to return his keys that he lost?

Update the gentleman contacted me this morning and told me since I wouldnt take his money that his wife baked me some cookies and pies as payment so I told him I would except those I will get them after work hope they are good lol
