Today I decided to hit up some old home sites on state land. After about 45 minutes on roads that weren't meant for my car I decided to go closer to home and hit up a park that I had never been to. I recently moved to a new area, so I've been taking my time to do some research before searching. This park looks to be fairly old with some large old trees scattered throughout. After 2 hours of searching, I found almost $5 in clad, a 1975 Canadian nickel, a 1950 wheatie, and my very first silver, a 1939 Mercury dime. I jumped up and down as I got odd looks from people passing by, but I didn't care! Gonna hit up some more new places tomorrow. HH everyone!
