Found my third net weight in a month! Plus a couple points.

I spent an hour hunting before it got dark today and I found the third grooved net weight that I've found in the past month. All within about 30 feet of each other. This one is smaller and the groove is less pronounced but holding it in person there is no doubt what it is. I also found a couple decent points along with it. The last photo shows all three weights together. I love finding points but have really been excited about finding other tools like these net weights.

Great hunt for only an hour. I'm close to a decent sized river but haven't found a net weight yet, cool find. Thanks for the view.

That small one sure looks to have a dimple or at least a flat spot.
Do you think it might be a bola stone?
I know net weights are usually found in multiples in a given area but that one looks alot like a bola stone.
The groove is also right for a bola and oriented different on the stone compared to the other one.

Don't know. It could be but since I found it within sight of the ocean right near the other two, I'd guess weight but I honestly don't know. People here usually call these net weights but I'm certainly no expert.
