FOUND NEAR RIO GRANDE RIVER WHAT IS IT??

What is it?? I found this on the Colorado River Arryo close to Harlingen, Texas.

Looks to be a natural rock with quartz inclusions that are formed in lines running trough it. As the rock eroded due to water erosion on it the lines became more visible for you to see. Cool rock
