found on toddy's dig

i found these on toddy's last dig and showed the blade?? to toddy and he has said to show it to Stewart Campbell from the treasure trove i also found the other item (bottom one) close to the blade?? what are your thoughts

It looks cast iron and I would suggest something from agricultural machinery, probably from the late 18th century onwards.

agreed, we clear quite a few of these, its one of our selling points to farmers. ie. we clear large junk that might clog up your machinery.
