Found one lone eagle button today

Brass back with no back mark, and about 7/8 of an inch wide.

Thanks RJ .. Not much to show for the time spent, but other than a bunch of 12th Georgia's (12 Ga, shells) this was the only thing I found.

I hear ya on the 12th GA , I dig a ton of Va town buttons here . Just this morning I found two Winchesters and a Remington.
Nice looking button you have there. I don't recall ever digging an eagle button without a back mark
