This is a couple days late, but that is another story. I am a first-year high school Spanish teacher and we just wrapped up our first semester on Friday. I had some kids who really made me wonder what on earth I had gotten into, but then of course there were others who reminded me why I chose this profession.
One such young man gave me a farewell gift on Friday. He is of Hispanic descent and knew that I loved metal detecting and coins so he gave me a few coins he had. One is a Mexican 1928 20 cent piece, .772 silver.
My 3 year old helped me take one of the pics. He did pretty good!
HH to all!
