I found it in northern az coconino national forest found by old like stronghold I guess idk old rock building

Pretty nice find. The marks are sure interesting and not ones I recognize from the get-go. It very well could be solid silver. I'm only guessing it's from around the time of the Civil War. Maybe older, maybe not 🤔

Regarding the spoon, it looks to me like early American work in coin silver (nominal .900 fine but unassayed) and, if the ‘79’ is the original date mark, likely to be for 1779 rather than 1879.
I checked all the reference works I have for early American silversmiths and, although a number of them have ‘TW’ initials, I couldn’t find a match to the ‘TW’ unserifed letters with no stops in between. There are however still numerous unattributed marks from small or short-lived makers.
The engravings I think are not particularly relevant to identification, being post-manufacturing personalisations.
