found the v plus a riflemans button

went back out after work when rain stopped and looked for the v that i found then dropped shew found it rgt where i dug it must have dropped it as i put it in pocket lol then i found a riflemans button still has the loop on back,Still need to do some research would like to know what this spot was rumor is that it may have been an inn

A small, possibly obvious tip. Things tend to stick to wet, muddy gloves. Trying to put something in the pocket might actually grab up other things and then they drop off when pulled out. Your "V" probably stayed stuck to your glove when you thought it dropped into your pocket.
