The Limoges is a knock off that really isn't worth anything. Limoges is a region of France that was first to make quality porcelain in Europe starting in the 18th century. They found that this region contained clay that made porcelain to rival China. Wealthy Americans would have the real pieces imported and were passed from generation to generation. Since then, companies have been making "Limoges" pieces that are not really worth much. Limoges Haivland is one of the companies that have been making porcelain for a couple hundred years.
