My initial impression, nebo hill. This site has the area just a little off but I think overstreet put them in Kansas too, can’t confirm that at the moment.

Awesome! If it's from Eastern Kansas I'd go along with Nebo. If it's from Central or Western Kansas, it's likely something entirely different.
