Thanks for bringing this up for me.similar to this Hubley Mack gasoline truck. Hubley was one toymaker that made them in cast iron, 1909-1930, when they switched to a diecast zinc alloy.

The wheel I found was similar in size, but the tire on it was more for a wagon,
with different hub, spokes and felloes......
