Hello everyone, I've been trying to get back into the swing of things, especially metal detecting, during my school break I dug up these two pennies (Recent years) and this old Wheel, it was metal, and kinda of heavy, so I assumed to be an old toy wheel. IMG_20201114_160748230.jpg

It’s a rewarding way to spend some time ..good luck getting back out

similar to this Hubley Mack gasoline truck. Hubley was one toymaker that made them in cast iron, 1909-1930, when they switched to a diecast zinc alloy.
Thanks for bringing this up for me.

Great Find, isn't it? ...Finding a TOY, that some child of long past,
was playing with it....
FUN!
The wheel I found was similar in size, but the tire on it was more for a wagon,
with different hub, spokes and felloes......

Always fun finding kids toys, especially back then in that era. Do you have a picture of it? I'm curious.

Here it is. One pic with old digital camera, since the batteries were dead - no focus, lucky shot...!
The other with my Stupid iPhone that did pretty good. You can tell which...! :laughing7:

No problem.
If there's something else that you want a picture of, just ask, as I've been detecting a lot,
and have found some neat stuff...., relics of OUR past.............
