Found today, heart racing. What is this?

Went to my usual spot today where I've found other items like silver coins I've posted on here before... Today I found this what looks to be a badge.. I refuse to clean it yet.. Can someone please please help me ID this item..

That is a US bridal rosette with the great seal on it. It was made 1902 or after.

The stars at top are too far apart though.. I see none like it
