On holidays when Wallmarts and other shopping centers are closed I often cruz through the parking areas to see whats been left behind. I also thought the tool might be a thiefs pry- bar,or it could have dropped off a tow truck?.There are a lot of campers in Wallmarts here and they leave a lot behind. I found this tool early in the morning which is why it was still hanging around. I have made other tool finds,as well as ladies pureses,which I can"t explain. I always try to return items when possible. The metal recycle buss. is big time here,as a lot of metal is discared in the desert. I have found many broken seals probably off tractor trailers.{cargo]?.
