found ymca camp site

i was driving some old roads on the blue river and found this stone so i went back in there and found a very old farm site but i cannot find anything about it so i was hoping some one might have a idea where to find info about it. here are some pictures of the site the one is the foundation of the house. the farmer that has the land has ripped up the pasture around the site which is right on the Oregon trail,i was riding around in the ground and where he took some trees out i found this shoe i cleaned it up and put some paint on it
