Hello,can anyone tell me when these are from.there copper one is a spoon and i don't know the other piece.just found a little while ago.

Could be part of a medal, but my first guess would be a suspender piece.

Look at the back side of the spoon in the shaft just before the bowl. This is where the makers mark will be located and you should be able to Google this info to find out about the mfg and date. The other piece looks like an old buckle. Try taking a pic of this close up and in focus and someone should be able to give you some background on it.
