Thanks for looking.

Molly. :)

Oh wow that look great! Where do you buy good frames for a good price? I sure wish I had enough to do one. Great pictures thanks for sharing.

I wait until the sales are on at Hobby lobby. I get them for 50% off, so I pay $10 a frame. There's a frame in the photos on my profile for you too see. (Texas artifacts). I can fit on average 50 points in each frame.

SG, I don't think the frame on my profile is clear enough, here is a pic to show you..

That is a gorgeous frame Molly! I will try looking at Hobbie Lobby. I will be glad to have found enough to fill a frame. This is only my second winter of hunting but I get a little impatient. ;D

Teresa

Teresa I am inpatient all the time. I can't wait to fill a frame, then I can't wait to start another, when will it end :tard:
I hunted everyday for 4 whole months before I could even find one, that was frustrating. But, once you start finding them, it comes natural.Good luck for this year hon.

Molly. :)

Thanks for the look
Clint

You're lucky, our hobby lobby doesn't have them.

I am really surprised, I thought all HL's had shadow frames in the Arts n Crafts section. There is also Micheals too..
I would get you one, but cost far to much to ship. They aint light weight, plus breakage. :(

I'm not sure Molly. It has the right look, so it is more than likely either a Pine Tree or an Archaic type from the same time period.

By the way, excellent looking trays.

Is the point beveled? Is the base ground? If so it could be a notched base Dovetail.
Just a thought. Nice points too.

Yes Chuck both, bevelled (only on one side) & ground at the base.

Molly.

Really cool points and the frame makes for a great presentation. 8) Being new to these I'm amazed at the variety of points out there. Nice collection.
