I got a ride home from school from one of my friends. As I got in I realized that there were about five nickels. One looked really dark. I picked it up and saw an S above the dome and it was a 1943-S. She told me I could have it. I also did a few rolls and one bag.

$50 in cents - and you were skunked? Not a single copper? If so, that stinks. It has only happened to me once where I went through a box of cents, and not a single copper was culled. I was like, "What sort of freak pulls every copper?". Then I realized that I'm that freak.

There were coppers inside the bag, but I do not save them. Every penny was before 2008 so there were no new ones. There was not one wheat in the entire bag.
