Hit the farm for a few hours this afternoon. Despite the wind it was pretty nice out and fine digging. Couldn't pull any more IH's but managed three wheaties ('39, '44, '47D) and yet two more of the gas station coin game tokens: an antique car and George Washington. (Number 7 and 8 for this site.) I shouldn't complain, but how many of these does a girl need? LOL Maybe I should get a collector's book and fill it for my free tank of gas. Now if I can just find that Sunoco station.....

Thanks for looking and HH.

Got out for a bit today but only clad >:( I'v been doing research for a christmas present for myself...Looks like a Tesoro may be comming from Santa...I'll keep everyone posted!

those sunoco coins keep coming out of the ground for you! how many have you found now? Nice stuff - those wheats are in great shape, must be good soil at the ole farm

Ian: This was #7 and #8 Shell/Sunoco coins for this site. They were kind of fun at first but lately I've been hoping for more old silver. :icon_scratch:

Those tokens probably look like silver at the bottom of the hole :D

Yes, they look like silver but when you pick them up you sure can tell they're not! :)

I know what you mean. I have found a few of those Sunoco tokens too.

Way to go girl! The weather was great for us cabin fever suffers. Unfortunately I had to work. I'm one of the fortunate ones who actually works alittle bit of overtime.

Nice finds! I hope the weather keeps on the warming track.

WTG on the oldies! Where in SW MI are you at?
I am near Kalamazoo
