Excalibur 1000 / Excailbur II /Quattro/ Tesoro Tejón
Hit the surf lane around 530 last night for the 701PM low tide.Man was it cool.Temp around 36 and wind blowing out of the NE around 15 to 18mph.Met a new detector on the beach last night swinging a new excal.His name was Keith from Chesapeake Va.Not a whole lot to show as there were not many targets last night. Did find a nice decorative PC of brass and I am not sure what it is.Maybe somebody can help identify it.Here is a pix of my nut from last night

Maybe a poker handle? (Fire poker that is) You know the set comes with a broom, dustpan, poker, sits next to fireplace?

Maybe? ::)

Re:Thanks Kat it might be just that.

a handle from fire place set.

We managed to get out today for a little while, we've been dry sanding on the North end a couple of days this week and have found a small area that keeps producing some clad. I found someone's car key (rusted) with car unlocker attached. Found some other odds and ends (unidentified). Take care,

I'd go along with the Fire poker comments on that item. How long is the piece? from the photo it looks to be approx. 4 inches long which would support the poker theory :)

Nice finds on such a cold day.
