From Their Pockets To Mine. Dirty Laundry Treasures.

So I now work for a company that requires me to handle some pretty crazy stuff...some of which includes dirty laundry...some days lots of it.
You won’t believe what I’ve seen.
Lighters, pens, knives, nails, condoms, cans of dip, etc.... and yes, money!
The guys training me the past two months have kept what they’ve wanted, and the offer me the trash....a heady play by them, I get it.
But now I’m on my own, and these past two weeks have been slow going...
Till yesterday, I found $14 in a guys pocket!
So with that, the tally was $24.61

So yeah, I guess I’ve discovered a new low to hunting treasure, my wife is so proud.

When I live in AZ and we inpounded cars that were never claimed I got to go through them donate some stuff for tax reasons I found guns cash weed money rings you name it that was the good times.

My grandmother worked in an abattoirs washing laundry.... over the years she collected HUNDREDS of handkerchiefs ....washed them ...pressed them.... then gave them out at Christmas for the next few decades....

lets just say there isnt a suitable emoji for that old bats behaviour.... I would much rather prefer guns and or weed at christmas time

I've been working at a high school for the summer and find lots of things too. Tons of pens and locks and even found an old empty ammo box someone was using for storage. Finding things while working sure makes otherwise boring work more interesting!
