And here are the good finds! Does anyone have a clue how old this beautiful old lock might be?

Nice, no one said it was going to be easy. How does this look for a water hunt?
Those old locks are so cool!

Man I would love to hunt the river in that picture. That bridge looks super old!

How deep does it get? My favorite river water depth is around waist to hip deep.

1700's NJ town, I could hit a battlefield with a rock from that stream, knee deep, I like chest, I'm weightless then. I don't have to see that screen, close my eyes and float!

Speaking of lock.....

A while back I found a lock and posted it on the lock collector's website. Someone mentioned that it was from about the turn of the century from Simmons Hardware. I also ran into a few more posts where the locks were from the same hardware store. I was talking with my father today who is almost 70. He told me that Simmons Hardware is from my grandmother's side of the family (she was born in 1901). Interestingly he also told me that there was some family dispute over the inheritance and my grandmother was left out. I think it may have been my grandmother's grandfather who owned the company or something. Small world it seems.
