I spent all weekend working on the Honey Do List, never left my yard.
I did get out for awhile today, went to GAR Park in Fremont.
Water was warm but there was a lot of people swimming so I stayed out of the main swim area.
I picked up some clad and a lot of junk. I edged closer and closer to private property that borders the park an elderly Gentleman came out of his house and down to the lake and waved me over to his fence.
He asked me if I was doing any good? I replied, Sure I was, I have cleaned at least 5 lbs of junk out of the water already.
We talked for a few minutes and then he asked me if I would do him a favor.
There was a steel post in the ground about 20 foot out from the end of his dock.
He hit it with his Pontoon Boat last summer and broke the prop.
He wanted it gone if possible.
The post was easy to find, not quite as easy to get out, took about 5 minutes of digging to get it out for him.
I took up it up to him on his dock and handed it to him. He thanked me for helping him out and wanted to know what he owed me?
I told him You did not owe me anything, but if he did not mind I would like to hunt the water in front of his place.
He said have at it and you may keep all the junk you find.
He was walking away and he stopped and turned and asked me what vehicle I was driving? I told him, he turned and walked away and I went back to hunting.
In front of his house I found 2 Mercury Dimes, 1918 and I think it is a 1934, some junk and a Pauls Drink Bottle in very good shape.
Pauls Drink was Bottled by Coca Cola in Muskegon Mich.
It was a Good day to outside and in the water.

1918 and a 1934 Merc I think,

Pauls Drink bottled by Coca Cola

And a Pipe

Anchor Rod from in front of his dock.
The old Gentleman left the anchor pole in the back of my truck and a $10.00 bill in the counsel.
Happy Hunting all
