Today was an eventful day for me. My parents and I decided to go to some garage sales today and other places we find on the way. They were driving so I had them go to a bank to get a box of quarters so I could look on the way and keep myself busy. Got skunked on the box of quarters owell maybe next time. On our way to the first sale we saw a thrift store and stopped to see what they had. We have days like this all the time were we go where ever we end up. We looked around and the person behind the counter asked if we were looking for anything in particular. My Mom said no just looking and said that I collect coins and other things. The person then said she ahd books with coins in it. she had 10 books some where full and some had silver!!! here are pics

I was very excited to find all these at our first stop.

Then the next good find was at a storage place garage sale.
I found 3 sterling religous type charms

Lucky you are, silver always makes my day. 8)

Thanks everyone for looking

Sorry I only paid $40 for all 10 books. the face value of all the coins were $35. The person behind the counter wanted them gone because they were taking up space so I didnt notice all the silver untill I was on my way to the next stop. I knew there was some silver but not that much.

Did you by chance stop and buy a Lotto ticket? lol
