I may be rushing into summer too quickly, but here is the best salsa recipe I have ever tasted.
You make it fresh out of the garden. Eat it fresh now,or can it for later use, when you have an abundance of garden vegetables. Delicious with Tortilla chips.
Fresh Garden Salsa
6 medium tomatoes 1 red or green bell pepper
1 medium red onion 1 small can corn
1 clove garlic 1-1/2 tbsp.Cilantro(fresh is better)
2 serrano peppers(medium) 3(hot) 1 teaspoon salt
Chop tomatoes coarsely after coring. Remove seeds from peppers, and chop coarsely. Peel
onion and mince, also mince clove of garlic. Drain corn and pour into chopped vegetables. Add
salt. Refrigerate for 30 minutes to chill. Enjoy!
