I have a tomato cream sauce - Not dried...& I never used sausage but it sounds good... :wink:

Ok...Nick and Mini...That kind of sounds like the one I had ...but I chopped up Andouille sausage and I know there was heavy cream....

I used to make this a few years back and it was fabulous....I dont usually go by recipes much...because I always adding something different ....but I did like this one....Thanks for helping...... :)
 

use roasted red bell pepper or sun dried tomatoes. i make my white sauce with whole milk. pinch of white pepper, 1/2 pinch dried mustard, and a fresh grate of nutmeg. i think your recipe would do well to start the white sauace with the fat from the anduie sauassage. just my .02 cents! good eating! b
